It was a fantastic stay and we really enjoyed EVERYTHING from the elaborate reakfast to the exquiste rooms, the hospitality, service, you name it, The Rooms have it all!”
The Rooms is quite simply the best place to stay in Lytham. We stay in Hotels all the time due to our business commitments and we can quite honestly say that The Rooms outshines many! Jackie and Andy are so welcoming and friendly and the breakfasts are literally to die for. Every room is to the highest standard and unlike many flying the “Boutique” flag this B&B actually merits it (with a Gold star) that’s why we return time and again!

A fabulous place very welcoming and friendly.
