‘the other rooms’ as it has become know to us is a very private house which has been cleverly designed and consists of accommodation on three floors.

The top floor is the master suite, which can be closed off with the clever use of a sliding door at the top of the stairs. Once inside you find your fabulous bedroom with king sized bed freshly made for your arrival with lovely Egyptian cotton bed linen, plenty of fitted wardrobes and drawers, flat screen TV with built in DVD and free view, and your amazing bathroom, with free standing bath, separate shower and drying area, and Alessi sink and toilet…..there is even a vanity unit for all your bits and pieces.

The middle floor has the second bedroom and separate bathroom. The bedroom can be set up for your arrival as either a king sized bed or a twin (please specify when booking), and again has loads of hanging space within the fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV with built in DVD and free view. The bathroom, just next door, has a toilet, sink and lovely Lytham pebble shower.

The ground floor will not disappoint, here you have a fully tiled limestone floor with open plan kitchen, dinning room, lounge and entrance hall, along with a lovely typically Lytham, walled garden.

The kitchen has an American style fridge freezer, a built in dishwasher, a combination washing machine and tumble dryer, five ring gas hob, oven grill and microwave and is equipped with all the utensils, crockery and glasses you will need during your stay. There is a dinning table and chairs for up to six people, and a small double sofa, which folds out to become a futon bed with which we provide a mattress and sleeping bags are available on request. Two generous sized three seater sofas will give you more than ample relaxing space to watch your 42” flat screen TV with built in DVD and free view. From the lounge there are triple sliding doors which open up on to a lovely private walled garden complete with table and chairs and a BBQ, the sun is on the garden throughout the day in the summer.

The ‘other rooms’ are decorated to the same five star standards that we have already achieved at the B&B, with all the same amazing features, the only difference is you get to relax in the privacy of your own home.

If you are in the area on business and are sick of the commute, if you are bored of staring at the same four walls of your hotel bedroom and can’t face another room service meal or restaurant on your own again, or if you are looking for a short break with a small group of friends or family, but do not want the expense of eating out every night, ‘the other rooms’ could be just the type of place you are looking for.
